Unique-Minimalist Houseboat by X-Architects


Houseboat, a houseboat that was designed like a ship, standing upright on the water. Houses of existence parallel to the ship, providing its own uniqueness. The shape is minimalist and modern. Interior in it took a white color theme, making it look so warm. Glass-glass as a source of light, dominating almost the entire wall in this building.

Working closely with Leen Vandaele, architect interior decorator Squisito’s, X-Architects have completed a house boat in Dubai marina. This houseboat lifestyle nautical inventively combine relaxation with a touch of architectural tectonics. Occupying an area of ​​220 square meters, the fundamental structure of the house boat is created from two words Maran beams, stainless steel and glass.

Layout structure consists of upper and lower deck in 20 meter dimensions of 6.7 meters. Upper deck is a hidden kitchen, living room and informal dining area, while below deck including a bedroom, bathroom and cabin steering. Displaying terrace with spiral staircase access, that section can be used as a sun deck.

With a blend of soft white tone, a mixture of contemporary furniture and bathroom fixtures chic, modern interior provides a comfortable atmosphere. Architectural lighting make this home more striking boats at night while gliding smoothly along the clear waters of Mina Seyahi.
